Complete our Order/Measurement sheet and submit it along with a $500 Deposit (non refundable) and a picture of the dancer. This will secure your spot on our production schedule. We will confirm receipt of your order and provide you with the total price of your costume. The price is based on the design and fabric.

Prior to starting your dress we will contact you and ask you to recheck your measurements to make sure that nothing has changed.

We will contact you when we are ready to ship your dress. At this time we will make arrangements with you for payment of your balance.
